São Domingos de Rana 2026: excelência em isolamento
Em 2026, foi concluído um projeto em Tires, focado principalmente na implementação de um sistema de isolamento térmico externo, conhecido como ETICS. Essa solução aprimora o isolamento térmico do edifício, melhorando o conforto interno e a eficiência energética. Materiais da Weber foram utilizados em todo o projeto, seguindo os procedimentos necessários para garantir um acabamento correto, resistente e de alta qualidade.
ETICS system implementation
The intervention began with the execution of the ETICS system, utilizing 80 mm thick EPS 100 boards on the facades. In the reveal areas, 20 mm thick EPS was applied, allowing the system to adapt to the existing opening characteristics. This meticulous approach ensures complete thermal bridging prevention.
Precision in detailing and finishing
Após a instalação do isolamento térmico, foram aplicados os respectivos perfis de canto, essenciais para proteger e reforçar as extremidades do sistema. Um perfil de pingadeira também foi instalado para facilitar o escoamento adequado da água da chuva e proteger áreas específicas da fachada. Esses detalhes são vitais para a durabilidade e o desempenho a longo prazo.
Quality results and modern aesthetics
Subsequently, the reinforced base coat was applied, incorporating its respective reinforcement mesh to ensure greater resistance and stability of the coating. A second layer of base coat was then applied to regularize the surface and prepare the facade for subsequent phases. After proper regularization and surface preparation, the primer was applied, creating the necessary conditions for the final acrylic finish. The result is an improved thermal performance and a modern aesthetic with white 0919 and dark grey colors, reflecting the high standards of Luis Teixeira.
