In 2026, an exterior painting project was carried out in Maceira, Torres Vedras. The main objective of the intervention was the renovation and enhancement of the building's exterior, through the cleaning, repair, and painting of the facades. For the execution of the work, materials from the Topcolor brand were used, following all the necessary steps to ensure good surface preparation and a high-quality finish.
Detailed execution for lasting results
Firstly, the exterior surfaces were washed with a water jet and hypochlorite, removing dirt, fungi, algae, and other residues from the facades. After washing, necessary repairs were made to the surfaces, correcting damaged areas and preparing the facades for the painting system. Next, the primer was applied, creating a suitable base for the paint application and ensuring better adhesion and uniformity of the finish. Subsequently, two coats of FINATEX fine sand paint, in white, were applied to the designated areas. This application resulted in a uniform and renewed finish. The eaves and two facades were also painted in light gray, creating a contrast with the white and giving the building a more modern and well-maintained appearance. All materials used in the execution of the work were from the Topcolor brand.
