Project Ribamar Lourinhã 2026: Roof renovation and waterproofing
In 2026, a project was carried out in Ribamar, aiming at the renovation and waterproofing of a building's roof. The main objective of the intervention was to replace the existing old asphalt sheeting with a new waterproofing solution, ensuring better protection of the roof against water and humidity entry.
Initial phase: Removal of old asphalt sheeting
In the first phase, all the old asphalt sheeting existing on the roof was removed. This work was carried out to completely remove the old material and allow for proper surface preparation. Our team ensures thorough removal for an optimal base.

Após a preparação do telhado, uma nova telha asfáltica retangular foi aplicada em toda a área destinada à intervenção. A nova manta permitiu a renovação da impermeabilização do telhado, criando proteção adequada contra a passagem de água e contribuindo para o aumento da durabilidade da cobertura.

The intervention carried out in Ribamar in 2026 consisted of renovating the roof's waterproofing through the removal of old asphalt sheeting, cleaning and preparing the surface, and applying new asphalt sheeting.
